The defining feature of the Promark Transport Deluxe is its leather exterior. While it’s not authentic leather, it’s made from nylon and synthetic leather, which still gives it an overall sense of excellent quality.
The bag has several compartments for different accessories, as well as plenty of room for different drumsticks inside.
The bag also comes with a detachable shoulder strap that you can use when carrying it around. This shoulder strap is a great addition that you don’t see on many other stick bags.
The overall quality of the Promark Transport Deluxe Stick bag is fantastic. It’s the best-quality bag that Promark offers, as it’s made from better materials than the brand’s other options.
The nylon is weatherproof, keeping your sticks safe from the elements, while the synthetic leather adds incredible durability to the bag.
The inside of the bag is very smooth, giving you a premium feel around all the sticks that you keep in it.
The only downside when it comes to quality is the floor tom hooks. They feel great, for the most part, but many drummers find that they detach from the floor tom at inconvenient times. If you plan on latching the bag to your floor tom, this may affect you as well.
The highlight regarding the construction of this bag is the large number of compartments it offers.
On the front, you have a very large pouch that can house big things like headphones, metronomes, and iPads.
The inside of the bag is where you’ll find more room for accessories. There are places to put a card, wallet, phone, and even a pencil. The pencil slot is incredibly useful if you’re someone who takes notes at rehearsals when going through songs.
The shoulder strap is also very durable, and we love how you can detach it. Not everyone needs the shoulder strap, so being able to remove it is a great touch.
The Promark Transport Deluxe is an incredible stick bag to have. But at the end of the day, it’s still just a stick bag. It’s relatively expensive compared to many other stick bag options out there, so you could get something more affordable that does the same job.
However, we love this Promark bag for its durability and creativity when it comes to accessory pouches. Those features make it worth the cost, in our opinion. If you’re happy to spend a bit more money on a premium bag, this bag is a good pick.
The Transport Deluxe is a reliable stick bag option for drummers who record in studios. It’s spacious enough to fit various kinds of sticks, which is a feature you need when recording albums.
The internal compartments are also fantastic for keeping all your personal belongings in while you’re tracking drums. It’s better to keep them in one place instead of lying around.
The bag is very durable, meaning it will be a reliable tool to bring with you on live gigs. However, the floor tom clips can be a bit problematic at times. If you place the bag on your floor tom, you’ll just need to make sure to attach it very carefully with those clips.
If you don’t want to risk having your bag fall down, you may want to consider getting a bag with better floor tom clips for live gigs.

Is the Promark Transport Deluxe Rugged?
The Promark Transport Deluxe bag is fairly rugged. It’s highly durable and a lot more rugged than more affordable nylon bags that you’ll find being sold by other brands. The synthetic leather that forms most of the bag makes it very hardy.
However, it’s not as rugged stick bags that are made from pure leather. There are a few brands that specialize in making stick bags, and their products are arguably more durable than the Promark Transport Deluxe.
However, the Transport Deluxe is durable enough for most drummers, no matter what settings they use it in.
You can fit up to eight pairs of standard drumsticks in the Promark Transport Deluxe bag. This number will change depending on how large the sticks are.
If you put too many sticks in the bag, you won’t be able to close the zipper. However, eight pairs of sticks are more than enough for most drummers.
Our verdict of the Promark Transport Deluxe is that it’s a fantastic stick bag for any drummer. We love how it looks, and it has great functionality to match its appearance.
It’s very durable, and you’ll get plenty of use out of it while playing gigs and recording in studios. It’s also good to just keep your sticks in your practice space.
It’s a bit pricier than standard stick bags, but we’d say the extra cost is well worth the value you get from the bag.
